We designed the RB5446 Industrial Blast Cabinet with attention to detail, and long-term performance in mind. The high quality siphon system gun is one of the most efficient on the market. We know visibility is always a concern when blasting. That’s why we built this blast cabinet with three very bright 20 watt LED lamps in combination with the sturdy 100 CFM BP style dust collector. This combination keeps dust to a minimum, and maximizes visibility, allowing the operator a clear view of objects in the blasting cabinet. Dual doors make this industrial bead blast cabinet easy to use.

All Raptor Blaster cabinets are laser cut and hand welded in the USA. This means no seams, and no rivets. All your blast media will stay contained in the cabinet during operation.

The Raptor Blaster 5446 is an industrial sandblasting cabinet for medium to large objects. The name is in reference to its size. It is 54 inches wide by 46 inches deep by 46 inches high.

There’s three major elements to an industrial-use blast cabinet.

Heavy Duty Construction for Industrial Use

The first element to examine is construction. How well is the blast cabinet built? Is it going to leak media on the floor? This cabinet is made with 12 gauge steel. It’s 100 percent laser cut and hand welded, which means there are no seams, and no rivets. There’s no way for the media to get out of the cabinet and leak onto the floor.

All Raptor Blaster cabinets come with an adjustable latch system. This means the door is always snug against the cabinet. In addition, the doors use a twin wall system, meaning there’s an inner panel with a half-inch bend all the way around welded to the outer door. That means this door will never warp or bend.

Best In Class Functionality

The second thing to look at when evaluating a industrial sandblasting cabinet is functionality. How well does the media coming out of the nozzle blast and strip an object? We use a very efficient BNP style gun which, paired with a large pickup assembly, makes this commercial blast cabinet extremely productive.

Best Visibility in the Blast Cabinet Market

The third factor to consider is visibility. How well will you be able to see the object inside the cabinet while blasting? The RB5446 comes standard with a 100 CFM can-style dust collector, or you can upgrade to a 400 CFM hard shell cartridge collector. This, in combination with three 20 watt LED lights, makes for a very bright, visible interior of this industrial blasting cabinet. You can blast for long periods of time and you won’t lose any visibility inside the cabinet.
